The Tools & Community section of this site will be launched approximately September 15, 2010. This section will be for registered members only and will provide users access to a set of online tools and community features that complement the Eat and Be Well eating plan. The tools and other features you will find here will help support you and motivate you in order to keep you committed to your goals and help you manage, track, and progress through this amazing healthy lifestyle plan.

The features to be launched this summer are listed below. Additional features are currently in the planning phase and will be slated for release in late 2010.

• Online access to the complete “Eat & Be Well” book by Krystal Gray.

• Online access to Krystal Gray’s “Eat & Be Well” audio CDs

• A recipe library with hundreds of recipes that can be searched, saved & printed.

• A meal planning tool that allows you to assign meals from the recipe library to a weekly calendar so you can plan your meals and grocery shopping in advance.

• Shopping list generator that lets you print a grocery shopping list of all you will need to buy for a week’s meal plan, a day’s meal plan, or just one meal based on all the ingredients that make up the meals.

• Fitness plans that can be customized to fit your lifestyle and schedule

• Weight and fitness tracking tool to help you set your goals and track your progress

• Your own personal blog so that you can speak your mind and tell others about your success with the Eat and Be Well eating plan.

• Discussion forums that will allow you to have online discussions and interact with other like minded “healthy living” members.

• Direct online access to Krystal Gray via our “Ask Krystal” page. Just post your question in the online form and you will receive an answer by email direct from Krystal within 72 hours.

• Access to a variety of online multi-media content by Krystal Gray
